APPLICATION INFORMATION

Application Process

There will be a $45 application fee toward the cost of processing an application. We screen applicants based on the following:

criteria:

  • Criminal History

  • Landlord References /Rental History

  • Credit History

  • Employment/Income

Qualifications

Any and all applicants must meet the (1) renter’s criteria qualifications, (2) have viewed the requested property in-person, and have (3) completed the rental application. If any or all of these requirements are not met, your application may be denied.

If you are applying with one or more individuals, only one person should start the application process via the "Apply Now" button below. The other applicants will receive an email after they are selected as "additional applicants" on the first applicant's application.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ.

Please note, each applicant 18 years of age and over must submit a rental application.
