Our maintenance request tab has moved! You can now submit maintenance requests easily within the tenant portal.
How do I set up a new account?
To set up a new account click on the Access Tenant Portal button above. Below the login button, find where it says Sign Up and click it. You will see two bank boxes, Account # and Email Address. For your account number please contact us and we will promptly provide that to you and for your email address, we use the email that is on your lease (don't worry, you can change the email once you've signed up). Once you are all signed up you can pay rent online, see your lease terms and submit maintenance requests.
